Meet Kate
Certified Professional Coach and
Certified NLP Practitioner
I’m a trauma informed Professional Coach with certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, coaching, mentoring and Positive Psychology.

My passion is to empower highly sensitive, introverted change makers and entrepreneurs to release anxiety, stress and overwhelm, increase confidence and take aligned action so they can thrive in business and live a life with intention, purpose and more importantly, joy.

My own journey started at the age of 10 with debilitating panic attacks and anxiety. It took me until I was in my 30s to find a way through so that I could start living the life that I wanted. I completely understand how worries and fears can keep you stuck and how you can find yourself taking 1 step forward only to take 2 steps back. It's frustrating but it doesn't have to be that way!

My own fears kept me playing small for A LONG TIME until I got the support I needed. I’d tried traditional therapy and, although I'm completely on board with the therapeutic benefits to talking things out and digging deeper into the past, it wasn’t until I discovered NLP and coaching that I really made big shifts in my life and this is where my true passion lies, with helping you MOVE FORWARD.

Education
I have a 2:1 honours degree in Education and French where I did multiple modules in psychology. I went on to get a Post Graduate Certification in Education and became a languages teacher.

After 13 years of teaching, I caught the coaching bug and I now have a certificate in coaching, mentoring, CBT, Positive Psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

As you can tell, I love learning and so I’m always reading and always expanding my knowledge so that I can support and serve my clients in the best way possible.

Home Life
I’m also a wife and a mum of 2. In my spare time, I love reading, cooking new dishes and listening to audio books! Friday nights are all about pizza and films and you can often find me dancing around the kitchen with my 2 children (they’re going to be so embarrassed in a few year’s time so I’m enjoying it while I can!).

With love,
